Ricia Taylor has been teaching in the dance industry since she graduated in Dance Studies with a BA Honours degree in 2006. She went on to form the Cascade Dance Company in 2007 where she specialises in Contemporary, Jazz and Ballet dance. In 2007 Ricia gained a YMCA Exercise to Music qualification and went on to complete her Ballet Fitness unit in 2008. Ricia discovered a passion for Pole dance in 2007 and in 2008 began to teach Pole Fitness Classes. In 2012 Ricia started teaching aerial hoop and since then she has developed skills in Silks , Trapeze , Sling , Cube , Pole Silks , Rope. Ricia also integrates the use of doubles work into her classes. Along with her vast knowledge of Pole and Aerial Ricia has taken park in various performance’s, competitions and workshops with professionals over the years. Ricia is a qualified Pole Silks instructor with Spin City with full public liability insurance and is also DBS First aid qualified.



Bronnie started pole fitness in 2012 and aerial hoop in 2014. Bronnie has trained in dance since she was four in a range of styles including contemporary, ballet, tap, jazz. Bronnie has taught dance for local dance companies. Qualifications: NATD Contemporary dance exams LAMDA drama exams Music theory exams Singing exams Level 3 BTEC in performing arts - dance pathway Young lifesavers first aid trained Level 2 dance leaders Bronze arts award Currently studying at University of Greenwich- Primary Education Pole and Aerial Hoop performances: Grip showcases Cirquesque Revolutions Pole Twist Summer Showcases Hoping to compete in 2018. Bronnie is also DBS First aid qualified.

Kirsty started hoop in 2018. She has a background in dance and completed her dance degree in 2016. Kirsty is a qualified chaperone and has been DBS checked. She will be performing in her first Aerial Hoop show with Aerial Twist in June this year.

Olivia started pole in 2011 and hoop 2012. At school Olivia studied a range of dance from contemporary, Latin and ballroom and Irish . Qualifications; masters in early years and PgCe early years primary education.

Alison started pole in 2013, first sat in a hoop in 2015 and was instantly hooked! She is a British Gymnastics qualified level two acrobatics coach, and has coached both club and school recreational and competitive acrobatic gymnastics. Alison is also a dedicated ‘dance mum’ Alison has performed both hoop and pole at Grip showcases. Alison is DBS checked.

Naomi started pole in 2012 and began hoop in 2015. Naomi was a gymnast between the ages of 5 and 16. Novice gymnastics coach aged 15/16 . Pole and aerial hoop performances: Grip showcases, Circesque Summer showcase . Qualifications: Naomi is First aid trianed.
