AERIAL HOOP
Aerial Hoop Class, students will learn beautiful manoeuvres and shapes while spinning on a large metal hoop suspended in the air. Beginners start off learning the basics of spinning and the basic ways to get up and down onto the hoop. Once comfortable with this, they will progress onto harder and more advanced moves. It is recommended that you are comfortable with inverting on a pole before attending this class but not essential the class is still suitable for complete beginners. The class will begin with a thorough warm up and be completed with a cool down. We advise students to wear suitable clothing for the aerial hoop classes. Aerial Silks Aerial Silks are a single piece of fabric folded in half to create two strands. These are used to climb and wrap to create locks, rolls, balances and incredible shapes. Within some of the Kids and Teens classes the students will a get to learn both Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks
WORKSHOP CLASSES
POLE SILKS Ricia is a Polesilks instructor who is Spin City trained and qualified and a registered Polesilks affiliate. Polesilks is an aerial art form which combines pole and silks together. The silks are clamped to the top of the pole and can be used on both static and spin settings. Spins, holds and inverts can be performed using the pole silks equipment. Love Pole?
