Fridays 6.30pm - 7.15pm - Age 6 - 9 Tigers
Fridays 7.15pm - 8.15pm- Age 10.-16 Tigers
Age 16 + can join adult hoop

These are our regular term time classes prices are based at £12 per class. Children work in small groups between 2 - 3 per hoop, each hoop has one assistant to spot and guide each child.

It is well known how good aerial training is for children. Aerial classes develop children’s creativity, social skills and enhance their motor dexterity.
At the same time it can also improve their strength, stamina, balance, co-ordination and confidence in
a safe and fun environment. What to wear Leggings, Leotard or tight top and socks, (gloves optional)
